Receta Southern Comfort And Honey Glazed Lamb Loin With Pecan Crust

Ingredientes
- Â Â New Zealand lamb, loins
- Â Â Marinade
- 3 Tbsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- 1 pch pepper
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. finely minced shallot
- Â Â juice from half a lemon
- Â Â splash Worcestershire sauce
- Â Â Glaze
- 1 c. liquid honey
- 1 ounce Southern Comfort liqueur
- Â Â Topping
- 1Â 1/2 c. finely crushed pecan
Direcciones
- Clean loins, removing any connective tissue and fat.
- Marinade:Place loins in bowl, and add in marinade ingredients.
- Mix together well.
- Place in refrigerator, for 4-6 hrs, turning occasionally.
- Glaze:In a pre-heated sauce pan, add in the honey and the Southern Comfort.
- Bring to a boil stirring constantly, reduce heat, but simmer for about 10 min.
- Reduce mix to a thick syrup.
- Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.
- Grill loins 5-7 min.
- In the last min brush on honey mix liberally.
- Topping:When completely covered in glaze, remove the loins and roll them on a plate of crushed pecans.
- Transfer to serving dish.
