Receta Southern Style Chicken Gravy Over Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 x 14.5 oz can fat-free chicken broth
- Â Â Dash of pepper
- 3 x (8 oz) cans no salt added mixed vegetables, liquid removed
- 1Â 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken (cooked and cut into bite sized pcs)
Direcciones
- Put the lowfat milk, cornstarch, salt and chicken broth into Dutch oven. Mix well before turning on heat, dissolving cornstarch completely. Turn heat on medium.
- Add in liquid removed mixed vegetables and cooked bite sized pcs of chicken. Stir occasionally and cook approximately 10 to 12 min or possibly till mix is creamy.
- Serving Size: 1/2 c.. Serve over two biscuits.
