Receta Southern Style Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 3-4 lg. sweet potatoes
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- Dash of salt
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. corn flakes
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 4 T sugar
Direcciones
- Cook sweet potatoes, then mash. Add in beaten large eggs, sugar, cinnamon, melted butter plus dash of salt. Mix well. Put mix in greased 9"x13" pan.TOPPING: Heat butter, blend in corn flakes (crushed slightly), sugar and minced pecans. Spread over top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
