Ingredientes

3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (or 1 (40 oz) can, drained)
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter/margarine (softened)
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup self-rising flour

Direcciones

Combine first 5 ingredients and put in large baking dish. Mix together well butter/margarine, brown sugar, pecans and flour (will be crumbly). Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
