Receta Southwestern Caesar Salad

Ingredientes
- 3 x romaine lettuce hearts coarsely minced
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 x lemon juiced
- 1 tsp prepared Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Coarse salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- Â Â Blue corn, black bean or possibly
- Â Â other tortilla chips
- 1/4 c. smoked cheddar and
- 1/4 c. pepper Jack (optional)
Direcciones
- Chop and place romaine in a large salad bowl. Whisk together garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and chili pwdr in a small bowl. Continue whisking while streaming in extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil.
- When dressing is combined, toss Romaine salad with dressing and garnish salad with broken tortilla chips, smoked cheddar and pepper Jack cheese. Season with salt and pepper and toss again, then serve.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
