Receta Spaghetti Sauce With Meatballs

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pound grnd pork
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 sm. can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 sm. jar mushrooms
- 1 pkg. McCormick spaghetti sauce mix (dissolved in 1 c. water)
- 1 egg
- Flour
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Season meat with salt, onion, egg, bell pepper and garlic. Shape balls, roll in flour and brown. Set aside. Drain oil from skillet. Add in Ragu, spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, Rotel tomatoes, mushrooms, and meatballs. When well blended, lower heat and simmer for about 2 hrs.
