Ingredients: 1/2 c. Chopped onion; 1/4 c. Salad oil; 1 lb Grnd beef; 2 clv garlic, chopped; 1 sm can Mushrooms; 1 x (8 oz) can Tomato sauce; 1 lrg can Tomatoes; 1/4 tsp Sugar; 1 dsh Basil; 1 lb Spaghetti or possibly elbow macaroni; 4 ounce Grated Parmesan cheese

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Chopped onion
1/4 c. Salad oil
1 lb Grnd beef
2 clv garlic, chopped
1 sm can Mushrooms
1 x (8 oz) can Tomato sauce
1 lrg can Tomatoes
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 dsh Basil
1 lb Spaghetti or possibly elbow macaroni
4 ounce Grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

Simmer onion in oil in skillet 5 min. Add in grnd beef and garlic; cook, stirring, till meat is crumbly and browned. Add in mushrooms with liquid, parsley and tomato sauce. Add in tomatoes, salt, pepper and sugar. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
Makes about 1 qt of sauce. Cook spaghetti and drain. Cover with sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
