Receta Spanish Cinnamon Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Mix first 6 ingredients together. Remove 1 full cup for topping. Add in to mix baking soda and baking pwdr. Mix buttermilk and egg together. Add in 1/2 liquid mix and beat at medium speed for 2 min then add in rest of liquid. Sprinkle topping over mix in pans and bake for 30 min in 350 degrees oven. Don't grease pan.
