- 1 box lemon or possibly yellow cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 box instant pudding mix (lemon)
- GLAZE (if you like) :
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 can (6 ounce) orange juice concentrate
Direcciones
- Beat ingredients 2 min and pour into bundt pan. Bake 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
- Make ahead so glaze can thicken before pouring over cooled cake.
