Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream style corn
- 3/4 c. veg. oil
- Minced jalapeno peppers
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Coat a 9 inch square pan with bacon drippings and pour in mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min.
