  • 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 sm. green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 1 c. regular rice, uncooked
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans Hunts tomato sauce
  • 1 3/4 c. warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in frying pan. Add in onion, green pepper, hamburger, and rice. Stir over high heat till golden brown. Add in tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bring quickly to a boil. Cover tightly and simmer 25 min. Makes 4 servings.
