  • 12 oz. of okra
  • 1/4cupof chopped onions
  • 2tbsp of butter
  • 1can14.5 oz. of tomatoes undrained
  • 2tsp chili powder
  • hot sauce to taste

Direcciones

  1. prepare rice and set aside
  2. mix frozen okra and onions in pan
  3. and cover with water put on stove top and bring to boil
  4. for 3 min. Drain. in large skillet ,combine okra,onions
  5. butter,tomatoes chili powder and hot sauce
  6. cover and cook\over medium heat 15 vegetables heat until
  7. vegetables are thoroughly heated stirring occasional
  8. hen done
