Receta Special Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 200 gm Rice, (7oz)
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 bn Spring onions, minced
- 100 gm Peas, defrosted if frzn (4oz)
- 1 x 198 gram tin sweetcorn, liquid removed (7oz)
- 2 slc Ham, shredded
- 1 x Cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Schwartz Oriental Stir-Fry Seasoning
- Â Â Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Cook the rice in boiling salted water till tender. Drain and run under cool water till cool. In a large wok, heat the oil and add in the egg. Allow to set slightly then stir till scrambled.
- Add in the rice and remaining ingredients and stir fry till heated through.
