Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. starter
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 3 c. corn flakes, Rice Krispies or possibly Special K
- 3/4 c. walnuts
- 3/4 c. shredded coconut
Direcciones
- Stir starter, lowfat milk, and 1 1/2 c. flour together in a large bowl and set aside for two hrs. Cream butter, sugar, and add in egg and 1/2 c. flour with salt and soda. Add in rest of the ingredients and blend with the starter mix. Drop cookies on greased cookie sheet two inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 min.
