  • For the filling:
  • Cooked,minced meat – 2 cups
  • Chopped onion – 2 cups
  • Chopped tomato – 1 cup
  • Pepper powder – 2 tsp
  • Butter – 4 tbsp
  • All purpose flour – 4 teaspoons
  • Chicken stock – 1 cup
  • Salt
  • For the roll:
  • All purpose flour –500 gm
  • Unsalted butter – 250 gm
  • Salt
  • a pinch of sugar
  • Warm water-2 tbsp
  • Egg,beaten lightly – 1

Direcciones

  1. Melt butter in a pan & add onion. When onion becomes soft add tomato. When the mix becomes dry, add minced meat,pepper& salt.Mix well. Add all purpose flour & chicken stock. Mix well. When it becomes a paste, off the heat and keep it aside.
  2. Mix all purpose flour,salt,sugar & butter. Make sure that there are no lumps.Add water and make it into a soft dough.Rollsmall portions of dough & put the filling in the centre. Make the roll into the desired shape.Apply the egg over each rolls before baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree C for 15-25 minutes.
