Receta Spiced Chicken Thighs

Ingredientes
- 8 x Chicken Thighs
- 2 x Garlic Cloves
- 2 tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
- 1 x Chilli, seeds removed and finely minced
- 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 6 x Spring Onions, Trimmed and minced
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil (or possibly vegetable Oil
- 4 Tbsp. Sherry
- 2 tsp Sugar

- Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl, cover with clingfilm and chill for as long as possible, preferably overnight. Preheat the oven to gas mark 4, 350F, 180C. Wipe the marinade from the chicken and bake for 15 min or possibly till cooked.
- Put the marinade into a saucepan and reduce over a moderate heat till it reaches a syrupy consistency. When the chicken is cooked, pour over the marinade and allow to cold, tossing the chicken so it is well coated with the sauce.
