Receta Spiced Fruit Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 c. C and H Golden Sugar (firmly packed)
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 1/2 c. Dry glace fruit
- 1/2 c. C and H Powdered Sugar unsifted
- 2 tsp Water
Direcciones
- Cream together sugar and butter. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt and spices. Stir dry ingredients into creamed mix. Mix in glace fruit. Spread batter in greased 11 x 7-inch pan.
- Bake in 350 degree oven 25 min. While still hot, spread with Glaze.
- Cut into 24 bars.
- Powdered Sugar Glaze: Combine 1/2 c. unsifted C and H Powdered Sugar with 2 tsp. water.
