  1. In a pan, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Add ribs in batches and shake to coat.
  3. In a large skillet, brown ribs in butter.
  4. Transfer to a 6-qt. slow cooker.
  5. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl; pour over ribs.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meat is tender.
  7. Remove the ribs and let cool.
  8. Finely chop the onions, jalapeños and garlic in a food processor.
  9. Add to remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  10. Add to the sauce in the crockpot.
  11. Shred the meat and add back into the sauce.
  12. Cook for 1-2 more hours.
  13. Serve in tacos or on a bun.
