Receta Spicy Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Oregano, or possibly 2 teaspoon fresh, minced
- 1/4 tsp Chili pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1Â 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 tsp Salt, or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- Prep: 5 minutes, Marinate: 30 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
- Prepare grill or possibly broiler. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute/fry 2-3 min. Remove from heat and let cold 3 min. Stir in vinegar and sugar. Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 min. Grill or possibly broil chicken 5-6 min per side or possibly till opaque throughout. Season with salt to taste.
