- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp dry cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 6 x chicken legs with thighs rinsed, patted dry
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, mix oil and spices. Rub chicken legs with spice mix; arrange on a baking sheet. Chill 30 min.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken 40 to 45 min or possibly till cooked through.
