Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Coarsely-minced mango
- 2 Tbsp. Finely-diced red onion
- 1 tsp Finely-diced jalapeno pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- Â Â Minced fresh cilantro to taste
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine the mango, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and set aside. May be prepared up to 1 day in advance, covered and refrigerated.
- Bring to room temperature before serving.
- This recipe yields about 1 c. of salsa.
