  •     Minced fresh cilantro to taste
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine the mango, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and set aside. May be prepared up to 1 day in advance, covered and refrigerated.
