Receta Spicy Marinated Mozzarella With Oregano And Capers

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce fresh water-packed mozzarella cheese liquid removed, and
- Â Â cut into 1/4"-thk slices
- 6 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 tsp dry crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. capers minced
Direcciones
- Overlap cheese slices on medium platter.
- Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in small skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and crushed pepper and stir just till garlic begins to color, about 2 min. Remove from heat; stir in oregano, salt, and pepper. Cold. Stir in capers and remaining 4 Tbsp. oil. Spoon over cheese slices.
