  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat butter in skillet. Saute/fry onion and garlic till soft. In a small bowl, soak bread with lowfat milk and break bread into crumbs.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together meats, onion, garlic, bread with lowfat milk, and remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into a loaf. Place in a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
