Receta Spicy Shrimp Dip

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 lb unpeeled medium-size fresh shrimp
- 1 pkt cream cheese - (3 ounce) softened
- 1 env Italian salad dressing mix - (0.7 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Bring water to a boil; add in shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 min or possibly till shrimp turn pink. Drain well; rinse with cool water. Chill. Peel, devein, and chop shrimp.
- Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer till creamy. Stir in lowfat sour cream, shrimp, and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour. Serve with fresh vegetables.
