Receta Dried Cherry Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Dry tart cherries
- 4 c. Apple
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine Two-crust pie pastry
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherries and apple slices.
- 3. In a small bowl, stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon. Pour over fruit mix; toss to blend. Let stand 15 min.
- 4. Turn fruit mix into pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan; dot with butter.
- Cover with top crust that has slits cut in it; seal and flute.
- 5. Bake in a preheated 425 degree F. oven 40 to 50 min, or possibly till edge is golden and apples are tender.
