Ingredientes
- 2 can artichokes, diced
- 3 pkt frzn minced spinach, liquid removed
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 6 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- Â Â Fresh grnd pepper, to taste
- Â Â Fresh grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Layer artichokes in oiled casserole, then place spinach over them. In mixer, combine remaining ingredients except Romano and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread over spinach. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 min.
