- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1 pkt frzn spinach thawed and liquid removed
- Â Â tomato sauce flavored
- 5 ounce lasagna noodles cooked
- Â Â sliced mushrooms

- One recipe which I got from Fobel's bookthat I really like is the Spinach and Mushroom Lasagne, that is essentially make the white sauce, and add in 2 Tbsp. of parmesian and a thawed and liquid removed box of spinach, make a tomato sauce, boil 5 ounce lasagne noodles, and slice some mushrooms. Assemble the lasange in this order (this will be upside down, the bottom of the pan is the top of the page)
