Ingredientes
- 16 ounce frzn spinach minced
- 1/2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 5 x Large eggs
- 1 c. grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 1/2-qt baking dish.
- Combine the spinach, macaroni, Large eggs, Parmesan, cottage cheese and salt. Place in the baking dish. Bake till the edges brown, about 40 min.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
