Receta Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 pkgs frzn cream spinach (thawed, not warm)
- 1 can artichokes (minced)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 c. Jack cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 c. Parmesan (shredded) plus 1 tbsn to sprinkle on top
- 1/2 can water chestnuts (minced)
- 1 or possibly 2 cloves garlic (pressed or possibly chopped)
- 1 or possibly 2 shallots (chopped)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 large sourdough bread round
- wheat thins, crackers or possibly tortilla chips
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl (this can be done the day ahead - just keep it in an air tight container in the refrigerator).Carve your sourdough round into a bowl. Cut the inside into large bite-size pcs. Fill the bread bowl with yummy spinach mix and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Place on a cookie sheet and arrange the bread pcs around it. Place in a 325 degree oven for about 20-30 min - till bubbly and heated through.
- Watch the bread pcs â you donât want them to burn!
- Serve warm with bread pcs, crackers &/or chips.
- Enjoy!
