Receta Spinach Cheddar Quiche

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt frzn minced spinach - (10 ounce) thawed, squeezed
- Â Â excess water
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 x onion peeled, minced
- 1/2 c. green bell pepper seeded, minced
- 3 c. Large eggs
- 3/4 c. all-purpose baking mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Rinse spinach leaves vigorously in several changes of cool water; remove tough stems. Preheated oven to 400 degrees. Spray the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- Combine spinach, cheddar cheese, onion and green bell pepper in a mixing bowl. Turn into the prepared pie pan.
- In a bowl combine Large eggs, all-purpose baking mix, salt, and pepper; pour over the spinach mix. Bake for about 35 min or possibly till center is hard.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
