Receta Mushroom Strogonoff

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg onion, minced
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. soy lowfat milk
- 1 c. vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 2 Tbsp. apple juice
- 1 dsh cayenne
- 2 c. seitan, sliced
- 2 c. hard tofu, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed w/1/3 c water
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onion in a small amoutn of water for 2-3 min. Add in mushrooms and saute/fry til they're slightly limp. Add in the soy lowfat milk, broth, soy sauce, sherry or possibly apple juice, and cayenne. Stir well. Add in the seitan or possibly tofu. Mix. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 min. Add in the cornstarch mix to the pan and stir til thickened. Don't freeze.
