Receta Spinach Dip With Pita Dippers

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 6 pita loaves (white or possibly whole wheat), cut into triangles
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. Jack cheese, grated
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and finely minced
- 3/4 c. onions, minced
- 1/3 c. Half and Half
- 1 T Jalapeno peppers, finely minced
Direcciones
- To make dippers, preheat the broiler. Put together the melted butter, lemon pepper and cumin in a bowl. Dip the pita pcs quickly in the mix, then place on a cookie sheet. broil 2-4 min, till crisp. Cool on a rack.
- For the dip, beat together the cheeses, spinach, tomatoes, onions, Half and Half and Jalapenos in a mixing bowl till very smooth. Spread in a buttered dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min till bubbly.Serve hot, warm or possibly at room temperature. with dippers. Serves 8-10.
