Receta Spinach Salad With Feta Cheese

Ingredientes
- 3 bunches fresh spinach, cleaned and stemmed
- 2 red peppers, cut into strips
- 1/4 pound crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 c. minced hazelnuts
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 3 hard-boiled large eggs, coarsely minced
- 1/3 c. olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- Fresh grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Place prepared spinach and peppers in salad bowl (make sure spinach is very dry). Put together all dressing ingredients in jar or possibly salad cruet. Shake vigorously. Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and peppers. Toss. Sprinkle with nuts and cheese. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
