Receta Spinach Soup (Junior League Of Richmond)

Ingredientes
- 20 ounce Frzn minced spinach
- 1Â 1/2 c. Onions, minced
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 6 Tbsp. Flour
- 6 c. Chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Thaw and drain spinach. Saute/fry onions in butter till transparent. Add in flour and mix well. Slowly add in chicken stock to flour mix. Add in liquid removed spinach and seasonings. Simmer 1/2 hour. Slowly blend in lowfat sour cream a little at time. Cook 5 min. Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Great for freezing.
