Receta Spinich and bacon quiche
Ingredientes
- 8 eggs
- 2 C. shredded swiss cheese
- 1 C. shredded medium chedder
- 1 1/2 C. cream
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 1 box frozen chopped spinich
- thick sliced maple bacon
- onion
- celery
- Pillsbury pie crust
- white wine and butter for sauteing onion and celery
Direcciones
- fry bacon until crispy and set aside
- saute onion and celery in white wine and butter
- defrost and drain spinich
- mix all ingredients and pour into shells
- bake at 375 for 45 min. or until knife comes out clean.
