Ingredientes
- 2 c. split peas dry
- 2 quart water
- 1Â 1/2 c. carrots sliced
- 1Â 1/2 c. celery diced
- 1 x onion diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 dsh tabasco sauce or possibly any warm sauce
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on high 4 hrs or possibly low 6 hrs.
- Stir well before serving so soup will have a creamy texture.
- Makes 8servings.
