Ingredientes
- 2 lb Butternut Squash Or possibly
- Â Â Buttercup Squash
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar packed
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine melted
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Mace
- 2 x Baking Apples Peeled, Cored
- Â Â And cut into 1/2" slices
Direcciones
- Cut each squash in half. Remove seeds and fibers; pare squash. Cut into 1/2" slices. Stir remaining ingredients together, except apple slices.
- Arrange squash in an ungreased 11-1/2x7-1/2x1-1/2-inch baking dish. Top with apple slices. Sprinkle sugar mix over top. cover with foil. Bake in a 350F oven for 50 to 60 min, or possibly till squash is tender.
- Serves 6.
