Receta Steamed Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredientes
- 5 pound raw shrimp (in shell)
- 5 T Old Bay seasoning
- 1 ounce celery seed
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cans beer (stale, flat is best)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounce vinegar
- 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 c. horseradish (more or possibly less to taste)
Direcciones
- Shrimp: Put everything, except shrimp, into a large pot. Stir well. Bring to boil. Add in shrimp, stir well. When it returns to boil cover and lower heat to simmer. Cook 5 min then turn off heat and stir quickly and replace lid. Let sit for 10 min then drain and refrigerate well. Serve with sauce and crackers.Sauce: Mix all ingredients well and serve.
