Receta Stingray With Black Butter And Capers

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Clarified butter
- 1 x Portion sized Stingray wing, skin removed
- Â Â Plain flour
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Capers
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
Direcciones
- Heat the butter in a frying pan. Dust the Stingray with flour and season. Fry the Stingray till cooked.
- Tip out the butter and add in the next lot. When black add in the capers and vinegar and parsley. Serve.
