Receta Stir Fried Quorn With Chinese Blackbeans And Spring Onion

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 sm Red onion, sliced
- 1 x Red pepper, sliced
- 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
- 1 x Fresh chilli, finely sliced (optional)
- 1 pkt Quorn pcs, 300g
- 1 bn Spring onions, cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths
- 2 Tbsp. Prepared Chinese black bean sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Dry sherry
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- 8 Tbsp. Water
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a large wok or possibly frying pan over high heat. Add in the red onion, and pepper and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Now add in the garlic, chilli and Quorn pcs and cook for a further 3-4 min till the Quorn pcs have taken a light golden brown colour.
- Add in the spring onions and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add in the sauce ingredients, allow it to come to the boil and thicken slightly.
- Serve immediately on rice or possibly noodles.
