- 1 c. finely-grnd hickory wood chips
- 3 lb unpeeled large fresh shrimp
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Place wood chips into center of stove-top smoking pan. Insert drip pan and food rack.
- Toss shrimp with remaining ingredients. Arrange shrimp on food rack; cover with smoker lid.
- Cook shrimp over medium heat 10 min or possibly just till shrimp turn pink.
- This recipe yields 3 pounds.
- Comments: These are great peel-and-eat appetizers. They also give shrimp cocktail and shrimp salad a terrific flavor boost.
