Receta Strawberry Crepes Romanoff (Strawberries)

Ingredientes
- 8 x French style crepes
- 1Â 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar (caster)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 2 pun strawberries
- 2 x oranges
- 1 Tbsp. icing sugar
Direcciones
- Wash and hull strawberries.
- Puree half with sugar.
- Dice remaining strawberries 1/2 cm. Peel and segment oranges.
- Whip cream till stiff. Mix in vanilla, Grand Marnier, 1/2 strawberry puree, diced strawberries, orange with juice and grated rind.
- Spoon about 1-2 tblsp of strawberry cream onto one end of crepe and roll up. Place on a flat baking tray.
- Dust liberally with icing sugar and place under a warm grill 1 minute to glaze.
- Transfer to serving dish. Heat strawberry puree, pour over and serve immediately.
- Crepes, sauce and cream can be prepared in advance.
