Receta Strawberry Watermelon Soup

Ingredientes
- 4 c. rindless watermelon chunks seeded
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pt strawberries hulled
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- Â Â Juice of l lemon
- Â Â Ice cubes for serving (optional)
- 6 x fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Direcciones
- Place melon and sugar in food processor, and puree till smooth. Pour into mixing bowl. Place berries in food processor and puree. Add in yogurt and lemon juice and puree again. Pour into bowl with watermelon and stir well. Refrigeratetill ice cool.
- Serve in chilled bowls (or possibly with a few small ice cubes in the bottom of the bowl) with sprigs of mint as garnish.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
