Ingredientes
- 1 x Goose neck skin
- Â Â (or possibly 2 to 3 chicken neck skins)
- 1Â 1/2 c. Flour sifted
- 4 Tbsp. Grated onion
- 1/2 c. Rendered goose fat see * Note
- 1Â 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
Direcciones
- Carefully remove the neck skin of a goose or possibly two or possibly three chickens. Sew together one end.
- Lightly mix all stuffing ingredients together. Stuff skins with the mix, then sew the other end. Roast in the pan with the goose. Cut in slices to serve.
