Receta Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredientes
- 1Lb Ground Beef- lean
- 1/4 Lb diced onions
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Qt. beef stock
- 2 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
- 2 Tbs. Ketchup
- 1/2 cup- raw rice
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tomato paste or sauce
- 4 large diced green or red pepper
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
Direcciones
- Saute onions in olive oil until translucent.
- Add beef and cook until done.
- Break the beef into small pieces.
- Drain the oil.
- Add beek stock, worchestershire sauce, ketchup, raw rice, seasonings, tomatoes,and tomato paste in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, simmer until rice is cooked.
- Add beef and onion.
- Add green pepper, simmer for half hour.
- Add Parmesan cheese, simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add mozzarella cheese stir into soup so it does not settle to the bottom.
- Adjust seasoning and enjoy!
