Receta Stuffed Shells With Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed & liquid removed
- 1 c. minced mushrooms
- 2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Pepper & garlic
Direcciones
- Reserve 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese for topping.Mix rest of Mozzarella cheese and all remaining ingredients together.
- Stuff mix into cooked shells, fills entire box of shells.
- Top with your favorite tomato sauce, Prego, Ragu, etc. Then sprinkle on rest of Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven till it bubbles.
