- 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4oz, (120gr) green chilies
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoky paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 cup (2oz, 60gr) shredded cheese
- green or red Tabasco… or any other hot sauce
