These are a wonderful version of the Christmas favorite. They are lighter and fluffier version which makes them wonderful! This is given to me by a great friend Paula Sobey. It has been passed down in her family for generations from her "Great Nana".

Bake these at 350° F until the edges are just starting to turn golden brown! I use my nana's old cookie cutters from "Cookie Craft". You can go to their website and order some of your own and start a family tradition yourself.

My daughter Erin made these two different times and brought them home for us to taste. Yummy! They are light and fluffy!
