Receta Ham Yogurt Quiche

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. yogurt
- 1 c. half-and-half
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 c. minced ham
- 1/4 lb Swiss cheese grated
- 1 x unbaked 9" pie shell
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- In a skillet, saute/fry finely minced onion in butter till soft; remove from the heat and set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine Large eggs, yogurt, half and half, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and the cooked onion.
- Sprinkle minced ham and grated Swiss cheese in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Add in the egg mix then bake at 250 degrees for 35 to 40 min, or possibly till the top puffs, browns lightly, and the center is set.
