Receta Sugarless Open Faced Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 4 pkt Sweet 'n' Low
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 x 9 inch unbaked pie crust
- 3 c. unpeeled apples, minced into small bits
Direcciones
- Method:1. Cook corn syrup, Sweet 'n' Low, butter, flour till the mix coats a spoon. Add in beaten Large eggs, mix well. Add in vanilla and nutmeg.
- 2. Put minced apples into crust. Pour cooked mix over apples.
- 3. Bake 15 min at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Turn oven back to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 min. Cold before cutting.
- Makes 1 -9 inch pie
